BROWN RICE SYRUP

Brown rice syrup is a completely natural sweetener, gluten-free, wheat-free and has a low glycemic value, which means it does not cause a sugar rush or a sudden spike in blood sugar after consuming it.

ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil is about 50 percent lauric acid, a rare medium-chain fatty acid that supports healthy metabolism and is being studied for various health-protecting properties.

Dark Chocolate is loaded with flavonoid-antioxidants. We use just a touch of 72% dark chocolate in our granola. It helps people stay thin because consuming just a small amount satisfies their sweet tooth and helps to curb cravings for unhealthy sweets like high-fat, high-sugar cookies candies, donuts, and ice cream.

CINNAMON

Cinnamon has extremely high anti-oxidant activity, and the oil of cinnamon has strong anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Cinnamon is also a great source of manganese, fiber, iron, and calcium.
